What if my child doesn’t have the nimbl app?

If your child doesn’t have the latest version of our app, as a parent you need to ensure you have the latest version of our app to approve the payments on behalf of your child.

If you wish to approve the payments on behalf of your child you can easily change this under Spending Controls. Here is how:

  1. Login to nimbl
  2. Click on your child’s nimbl card
  3. Click on Spending controls
  4. Choose who can authorise online payments
  5. Click ‘Save’ to complete the set up.

To help keep your child’s money safe and secure when shopping online we encourage you and your child to download the latest nimbl app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Without the app you and your child will not be able to approve some online purchases.
